Precise analysis of jacquard problems and development of new jacquard accessories

       The 2014 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition was held in Shanghai, and Shanghai Heshui Electronics Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition.         The common problems in the textile jacquard machine industry such as lubricating oil deterioration, electromagnets are easy to lose magnetism, and plastic hooks are deformed, resulting in hooking difficulties, have always troubled many textile manufacturers. In response to these conditions, Shanghai Heshui has developed a newly upgraded CHS02 series of products. The CHS02 series of slide rollers, outer pieces, bearing pulleys and other products exhibited this time adopt the company's most advanced core technology, which not only improves product quality, but also has a wider range of applications. At present, the products have been tested and applied, and their performance is comparable to foreign advanced textile machinery accessories.
